The Association of YMCA Professionals is the organization dedicated to your well-being and professional development as a member of the YMCA community. Established in 1871, AYP was founded as a place for YMCA professionals to find connections, support and inspiration. AYP provides the same opportunities today. A nationwide network of individuals come together through national, chapter and local AYP programs to learn, grow and advance their commitment to their careers and their profession.
